About Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient holistic therapy which promotes healing through the application of gentle pressure on the feet. By stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, a reflexology treatment encourages deep relaxation, improves sleep quality and boosts overall mood and well being.

I specialise in reflexology support for balancing hormones (encompassing fertility, pregnancy, adolescence and menopause) and reflexology for stress and anxiety.
