Reflexology entered my life when it become an integral part of my own health journey, helping me to combat fatigue and balance hormonal changes caused by the menopause. I was so taken with its subtle power that I subsequently decided to train as a reflexologist with the aim of helping others benefit from it too. I apply a holistic approach to my reflexology treatments by considering the bodily systems as an integrated whole and offer with my treatments evidence based, realistic and practical guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management.

I found my way into holistic therapies through a mix of science, business, and personal experience. I originally studied material science at Reading University before moving to Hong Kong, where I set up and ran a flower and gift retail business in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

Over the years, my interest in natural health grew, especially as I navigated the challenges of menopause. Reflexology became my go-to therapy—it helped me shift from feeling stressed and exhausted to calm, balanced, and re-energised. I was so fascinated by its effects that I decided to train professionally at the School of Natural Therapies (London), becoming an AoR-approved practitioner in 2019. I went on to specialise in stress and anxiety reflexology, maternity reflexology, and Reiki, and I qualified as a certified British Wheel of Yoga (300hr) yoga teacher in 2021.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and am fully insured.

With over 35 years of yoga practice, I’ve seen first-hand how yoga and reflexology complement each other, working in harmony to support overall well-being. I include in my treatments breathing and vagus nerve support techniques that I learnt during my yoga teacher training to help you regulate your nervous system and I offer holistic lifestyle advice to help you achieve your health and lifestyle goals.

I have attunements in Reiki 1 (2010) and Reiki 2 (2023) which enable me if appropriate to incorporate another layer of healing energy into my treatments too.
